It’s ironic, really.  We spend a great deal of time building our facade.  Layering on aspirational self talk, coating our skin with precious extracts, oils and crystals. This creates a lovely image. And we may turn a head for our youthful glow,  attract a compliment for our effortless syle. But what we crave is to be known from  the inside out. Bones to soul.  Dark to light. It’s our practice to  put on the show. Now stop. Pause. And let yourself be known as the flawed but brilliant, beautiful star you are. Not as you aspire to be or as someone wishes you were. Look in the mirror. You are seen.  xo
